But it should be easy to restrict this to the arch specific collisions
(which would usually involve arch specific packages) by dropping any
conflict that already exists on amd64 (only skip if the tuples (pkg1,
srcver1, pkg2, srcver2, list-of-files) are identical to e.g. amd64). And
candidate computation can be done on any arch.
