[Piuparts-devel] pull: for-holger & feature/no-usr-share-doc

      Makefile: switch default target from 'install' to 'build'
      p.conf: merge piuparts.conf.{pejacevic,piu-slave-bm-a} and use a symlink
(feature/no-usr-share-doc)
      support for testing without /usr/share/doc/*/*
      p.conf: add [sid-nodoc] section


sid-nodoc is set at precedence 100 to not interfere with new packages
coming into the other sections, once it has been finished the initial
run, the precedence should be adjusted
