piuparts is, but you might want to add an offhand reference to its
purpose in the text.

Is there a need to define e.g. wheezy2bpo2jessie for anyone in this audience?

'Help wanted' should point to something that leads cleanly to a set of
source files and a working implementation. Perhaps the wiki page, or
direction to the source README.
