'makeitwork' wasn't meant for public consumption. It was getting to be
a significant hassle maintaining Andreas' vs. my changes in slave run.
Since Andreas had the official multiple slave patch, I felt free to
take an ax to some piatti features for my purposes.

BTW, retiring makeitwork is a significant milestone. The last of my
packaging changes from 2011 are now represented in production - I
don't have to do anything special to get the packages to work anymore.

I'm thinking about dealing with the review vs. release issue by
placing submitted work on h01ger/piuparts, and leaving the rest on
old-. Would this be better?
