Some specifics on cleanup:

Concerning the proposed known problem integration branches -
report_problem_integration, skip_kpr, and log-refactor. I figure the
first will be needed, at a minimum for the edits in the conf files.
Will we be needing to refer to the other two?

I needed the test-mounts(3) branch when evaluating the efficacy of
rdep-chain-len on reserve assignments. Keep or pitch?
