These are technically correct, but it you don't want to mention tag names, they 
could be:

but adequate found a binary in /bin or /sbin that requires a /usr/lib library
but adequate couldn't find a required library
but adequate found a .py file that is not byte-compiled
but adequate found a .py file in /usr/share/pyshared that is not byte-compiled
but adequate found an undefined symbol
but adequate found a license incompatibility
