Well, this was supposed to be fixed in apt 0.9.9.3, 2 months ago,
whereas linux 3.10.11-1 was uploaded 2 weeks ago.  So I think that the
snapshot being used as the basis for the test chroot may need to be
rebuilt or upgraded to get the new apt.

Or alternately, maybe the bug wasn't properly fixed.
