I've just said in #744398: Right. "For the time being I'm considering ignoring 
changes in /etc/init/startpar-bridge.conf with piuparts...." 

As as you can see in https://piuparts.debian.org/testing2sid/ and 
https://piuparts.debian.org/sid/ (just look at the right side of the graphs in 
the URLs) there are quite some packages showing this problem atm :(
