Various other sources disagree but who am I to judge? (e.g.
http://www.oxforddictionaries.com/definition/english/licence)

Anyway, sending patches is usually the best way to get stuff merged.
(Not that I'm the maintainer or anyone closely related to this package,
so the question above applies again.)
