I still believe that this cannot work.
Did someone fix all the RC bugs (in the packages in a piuparts chroot)?
Is the BTS down? Which is an alternate solution: redirect the bts server
via /etc/hosts to something unreachable - apt-listbugs should find no RC
bugs in that case ;-P
