yes, seems fine, added it to the others:

            "/var/cache/apt/archives/lock",

            "/var/cache/debconf/config.dat",
            "/var/cache/debconf/config.dat.old",
            "/var/cache/debconf/config.dat-old",
            "/var/cache/debconf/passwords.dat",
            "/var/cache/debconf/passwords.dat.old",
            "/var/cache/debconf/templates.dat",
            "/var/cache/debconf/templates.dat.old",

and pushed to git + piuparts.debian.org.
