      add workaround for libblkid-dev overwriting libblkid1
      p.conf.anbe: [tarball/*/*] only for tarball creation
      p.conf.anbe: tune recycling settings
      p.conf.anbe: shuffle [wheezy-rcmd] around
      p.conf.anbe: [sid-rcmd]

the nsswitch.conf one should be interesting for wheezy2jessie-rcmd,
reschedule failures there ...
