hm, while this works, there is this problem:

as we use relative links everywhere, all links on 
https://piuparts.debian.org/testing/ are now relative to this URL, so they 
might show up in bug reports, etc - so I think this should really be a 
redirect, but then the apache config is maintained by DSA, thus cc:ing them to 
get their input whether they think manually updating the redirect on the 
webserver level is ok... (or if they have another more fancy idea ;-)
