Hi,

it seems piuparts supports virtualisation backends via adt-virt-* programs
which abstract several backends behind a common interface. That way, sbuild in
experimental recently gained support for lxc, qemu and ssh backends without
carrying its own code for each.

That's totally cool, but without proper documentation only few will use it.

+ parser.add_option('', "--adt-virt",
+ metavar='CMDLINE', default=None,
+ help="Use CMDLINE via autopkgtest (adt-virt-*)"
+ " protocol instead of managing a chroot.")

is the only documentation from piuparts.py itself, but --adt-virt should also
be explained in the piuparts.1 manpage and with examples (one for qemu, one
for lxc) in the README.

Thanks to josch for making me aware of this! (And most of the wording of the
first paragraph of this bugreport too :)

cheers,
	Holger
