[Piuparts-devel] expect transient piuparts failures in *php* packages

Hi,

due to the php transition currently being prepared (and soon to be
ongoing) we should expect more (and transient) piuparts failures in
*php* packages and postpone filing bugs for them. Let's torture it again
once everything is over :-)

So far one well known issue is
  $PACKAGE.postinst: php5enmod: not found
(due to apt taking the wrong of two possible choices, #811431)
