[Piuparts-devel] squeeze-{lts, backports} needs Acquire::Check-Valid-Until "false"

      improve workarounds for localepurge
      p.conf.anbe: drop sections needing squeeze-proposed-updates and
friends
      exception for freedombox-setup
      ignore some module_build_error_issue on upgrades
      a few more packages need a database
      changelog updates, typo fixes

but try it first to see whether it gets squeeze-lts running again
