libc6      | 2.19-18+deb8u4      | stable                     | amd64, arm64, armel, armhf, i386, mips, mipsel, powerpc, ppc64el, s390x

In a partial suite we may have outdated packages ...
we don't really want to test those.
Should we silently ignore them or add a new status?
I have some local hacks that I could turn into proper patches ...
