still a completely untested script :-)

Should we really produce {stable,testing}.json.gz? I'd prefer
{stretch,buster}.json.gz s.t. manpages.d.o does not depend on
piuparts.d.o to be in sync with the definition of stable and testing (it
is usually a few days behind after a release ...).
And I'd prefer to limit the amount of places where we do
codename-to-release mapping - and can forget to update it ;-)
