You can now revert 6ac6ab90dde2799003340162581e5efabc447b36
the apt-get install p-d-d.deb stuff seems to be working.

I'll try to get another series done tonight, so Wednesday would be a better
upload day.

Last weekend I looked into NMUing some packages with ancient piuparts bugs
s.t. we don't need to relax the rules after release. There should be only 
oldstyle aspell-XX packages failing (debsums), but these do not have rdepends.
