      p: document some ignored broken links
      p: ignore broken symlink /usr/share/texmf/ls-R
      p: add option --install-suggests
      p.conf.anbe: [sid-bl] for contrib/non-free

couldn't find an explanation for the other link, so dropped it
--install-suggests is awfully slow ...

I'm suspecting a proxy issue, some great commercial product delivering
slightly outdated pgp signature files ...
