yeah, it's also the best implementation I've seen so far, and deb.d.o even
serves https - thought apt it not really up to it yet in jessie… haven't
tried stretch yet.

see git commit msg for technical explaination. speaking of which, I really
hope this is it for 0.76 now. Will give it another 24h though - and if you
have more commits for piuparts.conf.anbe I'll gladly take them until the very
last moment ;-)
