381ecad42 detect_archive_issues: look at failed logs older than 24 (not 48) hours
a3cc70e7e refactor detect_archive_issues
cc9107548 detect_archive_issues: mark logs for recycling on first appearance

this should result in faster retesting of "buildd races" - arch:any and arch:all
packages out of sync during the first mirror push after upload
piuparts should recover from the initial failure within 24-48 hours

we could even reduce the delay to 12 hours (-mtime +-0.5)
and run it twice a day to recover within 12-24 hours
