I've just done
https://salsa.debian.org/debian/piuparts/commit/e931a77a7c19cbb1584bf5f65ac885ed0c581fd4
"Enable the logrotate-test again, see #582630. (Closes: #604807)" and am
now deploying this to piuparts.debian.org, so in a few days we should
have some results.

I'm just wondering whether we'll now find packages which should use
'missingok' but are not using it...
