[Piuparts-devel] Ignoring piuparts regression in otb caused by openmpi to allow testing migration

Hi,

Can the piuparts regression for otb (6.6.1+dfsg-1) be ignored to allow
testing migration?

The issue is not in otb, but in one of its dependencies:

  Errors were encountered while processing:
   libopenmpi3:amd64
