[Piuparts-devel] please give back piuparts tests for gcc-7-cross and gcc-8-cross

are the only ones I found failed in sid, so I rescheduled those. I guess thats
what you ment…

Please, in future: 

a.) tell the distro (else I will assume sid…)
b.) give (all) binary package names.

piuparts tests what's available to apt via
http://mirror.bm.debian.org/debian//dists/sid/main/binary-amd64/Packages.xz
