[Piuparts-devel] Bug#906683: piuparts doesn't understand the option --ignore-regexp

This bug also appeared when checking the newly-uploaded package
utfcheck-1.2-1, which causes the package to look like it fails
piuparts testing:

     https://piuparts.debian.org/sid/fail/utfcheck_1.2-1.log

But piuparts passed on the previous version, utfcheck-1.1-2, without
that error.  That version entered unstable on 2018-08-11.
