I don't know if [sid-merged-usr] will do any good, I just got the
idea (how) to implement it yesterday ...
You can preseed (hardlink) the new section with the pass logs from sid,
but you should immediately link them into recyle/, too.

reschedule-piuparts-tests unclassified_failures
to rerun jessie-backports tests

I have a few more exceptions in the queue, will add changelog entries
at the end.
