[Piuparts-devel] piuparts.d.o code updates

hi,

I don't currently have a real/finished plan how to update
piuparts.debian.org, right now the develop branch should still work but
I dont intend to test that today.

Then I, or someone else, should ask DSA to upgrade our three piuparts
nodes to buster, so we can use more modern python3. It's unlikely that
*I* will do this in the next week.
