[Piuparts-devel] Debian RT: upgrade piuparts hosts to buster

hi,

we would be happy if the piuparts nodes (pejacevic, piu-slave-bm-a,
piu-slace-ubc-01) could be upgraded to buster. It's not urgent but it
would be nice to have and should be super straightforward, aka apt
full-upgrade & basically done.
