Can you please reschedule maint-guide-vi in unstable? It seems the
mirror was behind again.

I think a possible cause of this problem was:

piuparts seems to get triggered after 7 days of uploading to the archive
based the date on *.changes file.

If a package stayed in incoming and it get released to unstable,
piuparts seems to detect that migration immediately but uses mirror to
download even within an hour.

I think it is prudent to wait for 1 day after a package migrate to
unstable before running piuparts.

This is pure speculation looking at the timing of events.
