[Piuparts-devel] Bug#919170: Bug#919170: Please update dependency to python3-debianbts

Hi Sando and Holger,

according to Holger, I can upload the new version of python-debianbts
that removes Python2 support to unstable, since piuparts is broken in
sid and bullseye anyways.

Just to verify once more before breaking stuff for real: is this OK for
everyone?
