https://piuparts.debian.org/doc/piuparts.1.html
http://piuparts.debian.org/doc/README_server.html

Referer to those URLs are https://piuparts.debian.org/
and https://wiki.debian.org/piuparts/piuparts.debian.org

I cannot say if the solution would be to fix those links to point
somewhere else, or to provide piuparts.d.o/doc/
