[Piuparts-devel] Piuparts-report has been failing since 1/8/20

Piuparts-report has not been running to completion since 8 January. I
noticed because the overall summary.json file, which is used to update
the Piuparts data in DDPO, has not been updated since that date. It is
created at the end of the piuparts-report run.
