[Piuparts-devel] Please re-test dh-make

Hi,
  The dh-make 2.202002 piuparts test failed, looks like an infrastructure
problem though[1].

  Processing triggers for libc-bin (2.31-4) ...
  E: Could not configure 'libc6:amd64'.
  E: Could not perform immediate configuration on 'libnss-nis:amd64'.
Please see man 5 apt.conf under APT::Immediate-Configure for details.

This doesn't look like a dh-make problem to me, but if it is and someone
can explain what is going wrong, I'll fix it.
