[Piuparts-devel] Summary.json maintenance

In the [stretch] and [stretch-pu] configs, "json-section" should be set 
to "none", to remove "oldstable" results from the global summary. This 
has come up before - there was pushback from people seeing oldstable 
failures in DDPO.

Bullseye will report as "unknown" until pejacevic is upgraded to stable, 
due to distro-info-data.
