Well, on the list, they don't. Polite questions go unanswered, albeit
the wiki page suggests asking there. Given that piuparts errors are
directly filed as RC bug for packages, contact to piuparts people should
be easier.

For my part, I'm going to give up trying to talk to piuparts unless
absolutely necessary in the future.
