[Piuparts-devel] please update package lists to not fail resolve librust-ahash-0.7-dev

Hi,

According to https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/rust-oxhttp that package is
currently blocked by piuparts failure.

Via https://piuparts.debian.org/sid/source/r/rust-oxhttp.html I found
https://piuparts.debian.org/sid/fail/librust-oxhttp-dev_0.1.5-3.log
which includes this:

  The following packages have unmet dependencies:
   librust-hashbrown-dev : Depends: librust-ahash-0.7+compile-time-rng-dev
                           Depends: librust-ahash-0.7-dev but it is not installable
  E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

Few days ago src:rust-ahash-dev switched from arch:any to arch:all and
apparently that has confused some caches.

Please refresh caches so that the virtual package librust-ahash-0.7-dev
is correctly known to your build environment.  That virtual package was
never removed, only resolvers got confused.
