[Piuparts-devel] FAQ page, suggest to check/update a link

Dear maintainer,

in revision by 2022-09-12, the FAQ page

addresses the question "Q. A package I'm interested in is in an untestable
state. How can I find out if it would pass the piuparts test?".  The link in
the answer given with "Run piuparts manually, as described in that README."
points to

https://piuparts.debian.org/doc/README.html#_how_to_use_piuparts_in_5_minutes

which currently yields an error 404/Not Found.  I suggest to check this link.
