piuparts only ever calls adequate outside of the chroot, with the --root argument pointing at the chroot, and the package name.

As long as the output is compatible and the tag names didn't change, I don't think piuparts should be affected.

We should probably add a piuparts autopkgtest that checks the adequate integration to avoid regressions in the future.
