Package: piuparts.debian.org
Severity: normal

https://piuparts.debian.org/sid/state-waiting-to-be-tested.html shows
several packages that have been stuck there for some time with no
movement:

librust-deb822-lossless-dev (Debian Rust Maintainers <pkg-rust-maintainers at alioth-lists.debian.net>)

    dependency librust-pyo3-0.22+default-dev is virtual
        provider librust-pyo3-dev is successfully-tested

    dependency librust-serde-1+default-dev is virtual
        provider librust-serde-dev is successfully-tested
    dependency librust-serde-1+derive-dev is virtual
        provider librust-serde-dev is successfully-tested

librust-debversion-dev (Debian Rust Maintainers <pkg-rust-maintainers at alioth-lists.debian.net>)

    dependency librust-chrono-0.4+alloc-dev is virtual
        provider librust-chrono-dev is successfully-tested
    dependency librust-lazy-regex+default-dev is virtual
        provider librust-lazy-regex-dev is successfully-tested
    dependency librust-pyo3+default-dev is virtual
        provider librust-pyo3-dev is successfully-tested
    dependency librust-serde-1+default-dev is virtual
        provider librust-serde-dev is successfully-tested

librust-jiter-dev (Debian Rust Maintainers <pkg-rust-maintainers at alioth-lists.debian.net>)

    dependency librust-ahash-0.8+default-dev is virtual
        provider librust-ahash-dev is successfully-tested
    dependency librust-bitvec-1+default-dev is virtual
        provider librust-bitvec-dev is successfully-tested
    dependency librust-lexical-parse-float-0.8+default-dev is virtual
        provider librust-lexical-parse-float-dev is successfully-tested
    dependency librust-lexical-parse-float-0.8+format-dev is virtual
        provider librust-lexical-parse-float-dev is successfully-tested
    dependency librust-num-bigint-0.4+default-dev is virtual
        provider librust-num-bigint-dev is successfully-tested
    dependency librust-num-traits-0.2+default-dev is virtual
        provider librust-num-traits-dev is successfully-tested
    dependency librust-pyo3-0.22+default-dev is virtual
        provider librust-pyo3-dev is successfully-tested
    dependency librust-pyo3-build-config-0.22+default-dev is virtual
        provider librust-pyo3-build-config-dev is successfully-tested
    dependency librust-smallvec-1+default-dev is virtual
        provider librust-smallvec-dev is successfully-tested

Comparing these with their last uploads on tracker, they should have
been tested by now. It looks like they're just never getting scheduled,
but I don't know where to start looking for why.

This blocks testing migration of those packages. In rust-jiter's case
(the one I'm interested in), that in turn blocks pydantic-core and a
number of other Python packages that need that.

Thanks,
