[Piuparts-devel] Bug#1018437: piuparts: build-depends on python3-nose or uses it for autopkgtest

Dear Maintainer,

As far as I understand, correct me please, by it's
special status of "key package"  [0]; the dependency of piuparts
on python3-nose blocks the autoremoval process.

So, please upload a new version of Piuparts so that the few [1]
other remaining users of Nose are getting a fair warning.
