Is this the correct list for asking how to fix my Debian upgrade?

	Greetings!

A couple of weeks ago, I upgraded from jessie to stretch.  Some things 
went wrong, affecting accessibility but also other matters.  I've 
corresponded with people on the Orca list, and they have helped, but at 
this point I'd say my system just sort of works.  Is this a proper list 
for me to discuss my problems in more detail and seek help?
