alioth lists going away

So the very list we have created just some time ago is actually going
away :)

I'd say that since we have several dozens of packages, we'd rather not
just use the tracker service (it'd mean everyone of us subscribing
to each and every a11y package tracker), and we should request a
lists.debian.org mailing list. We could call it
debian-accessibility-devel.
Any objection?
