license of doxy2swig.py

Hi Prabhu,

Today I came across doxy2swig.py in one of the packages in Debian that
help maintaining. Looking at your home-page I assume you may know what
that is.

Could you please clarify which 'BSD license' you mean in that script?
E.g. the BSD 3 clause, BSD 2 clause or something else:

https://opensource.org/licenses/BSD-2-Clause
