Well, the build does fail ATM :)

CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:11 (include):
  include could not find load file:

    KDE4Defaults

There are indeed kde things in CMakeLists files, I'm not sure I really
want to spend time on crippling them just for avoiding the kdelibs5-dev,
unless there is a compelling reason which wasn't reported?
