new version of natbraille

Hi Samuel,

While trying to fix the watch file of natbraille (just pushed to the
archive) I noticed that natbraille has multiple new upstream versions. I
checked the latest one, but I feel very uncomfortable with the tar-ball
and the packaging to touch it. I'll leave this up to you when you want
to pick it up.
