Package: orca
Version: 3.31.4-1
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,
I'm using the laptop layout with CapsLock key as Orca modifier.
Since upgrading from stretch to buster (verified with Orca 3.30 and 3.31),
CAPSLock is toggled when pressing, even when executinG AN Orca command,
such as CapsLock + S. Previously, pressing the key alone had no effect.
I already tried disabling the CapsLock key via gnome-tweaks,
which leads to it ceasing to work completely, even as Orca key.
The insert key seems not to be affected. When chosen as Orca modifier,
it works as expected and only toggles when pressed twice (or sometimes
even three times - don't know why).
Best regards
Robert
