Hello,

thomasw at fastmail.cn, le jeu. 25 juil. 2019 17:48:26 -0400, a ecrit:
> Sometimes when shutting down the machine with Orca running, it takes a long time to shut down with a countdown about a stop job running. I think the problem is that at-spi registry daemon is killed before Orca which prevents Orca from responding to the signal to stop running but I am not sure.

Mmm, It looks like a duplicate of http://bugs.debian.org/890833

Could you check in your systemd logs if you have something like:

lut 06 14:30:47 B2-46-AA-2018 systemd[612]: at-spi-dbus-bus.service: State 'stop-sigterm' timed out. Killing.
lut 06 14:30:47 B2-46-AA-2018 systemd[613]: pam_unix(systemd-user:session): session closed for user
Debian-gdm
lut 06 14:30:47 B2-46-AA-2018 systemd[612]: at-spi-dbus-bus.service: Killing process 648 (at-spi-bus-laun)
with signal SIGKILL.

When that happens?

Samuel
