These are already installed in the testbed, before any package specific
packages are installed. These are listed to have the version of
installed packages available.

These are installed because of the test dependencies on top of what the
testbed already has. Apparently xauth was already installed and didn't
need listing.

And as they are both listed, that part should be covered.
