Right, these are far from new and we have never distributed in binary
packages, but we can indeed drop them from the source.

These are also rebuilt by the package. Let's just drop them from the
source package.

I have reuploaded with these removed.

(There is a reintroduction of the python-brlapi package, because I have
not merged the unstable changes that happened in the meanwhile, I'll do
that after the ACCEPT).
